Belmar was built in 2004 to bring back the golden days of Lakewood. In its heyday, downtown Lakewood was home to the Villa Italia Shopping Center. And before that, home to May Bonfils-Stanton’s Belmar Mansion. Clearly a magnet for movers and shakers. A place where people could come together to shop and dine.

Given the vision of many over 15 years ago, Belmar today is the shopping and dining destination of Lakewood. Located at the corner of Alameda + Wadsworth, Belmar offers over 80 shops and restaurants, entertainment and events along with several live + work arrangements.

Guest Reminders

We ask all guests to be safe and take personal responsibility for their health and safety.  Retailers/restaurants may still require guests to wear masks within their space.  Please plan to physical distance 3ft from other groups.

Seating is first come, first served. Folding camp chairs are allowed. Tents and large tables are not allowed. Limited seating areas are available. Please do not move any mall furniture.

Coolers with outside food/beverage are not permitted. Alcohol is not permitted. We encourage grabbing take out from a surrounding Belmar restaurant.

Public restrooms are located off the north side of The Plaza in the Paseo next to Locust Cider.

In the event of inclement weather, the concert will be canceled. A determination of weather-altered plans will be made 4 hours prior to the showtime on the day of the concert. Check our Facebook page and website for updates on the day of the concert. In the event a storm kicks up before or during a concert, the show may be delayed or cancelled. The concert producer and/or Belmar management reserve the right to cancel in order to preserve the safety of our guests, performers and team members.

Guests enter the event premises at their own risk. BLiNG Entertainment and Events, LLC and Belmar Commercial Owner L.P. are not responsible for loss or damage to any guest or persons property, nor for illness, injury or death of any guest or person. BLiNG Entertainment and Events, LLC  and Belmar Commercial Owner L.P. will not be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from the event(s), or in connection with, the event(s).
